Hi, I’m Caroline Andriani, the founder of STIGMA.

STIGMA was created from personal experience as much as professional passion. After completing my degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, I understood the theory behind stress, resilience, and emotional well-being,but living it was something entirely different.

A few years ago, I reached burnout while running my own business, constantly juggling responsibilities and losing sight of myself in the process. Around the same time, my husband developed Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD) due to chronic workplace stress. Watching someone I love unravel under pressure while I was struggling silently myself became a turning point. It made me realise how common burnout is, how misunderstood it remains, and how urgently we need open, human conversations around mental health, especially in professional environments.

That experience inspired me to create STIGMA, a space built on honesty, education, and empowerment. Through workshops, seminars, and speaking events, I combine psychotherapeutic insight with real-life understanding to help individuals and organisations recognise burnout early, manage stress effectively, and rebuild resilience in a sustainable way.

STIGMA isn’t just a business, it’s a movement to change the way we talk about mental health at work, one genuine conversation at a time.
